Our Partnership with Mr. Carter
Our first contact with Mr. Carter was made at an Indian textile industry exhibition in 2019.
Being highly knowledgeable about valve technology, he showed interest in our products and pricing. Although we maintained good communication over the next two years, no actual cooperation materialized during this period.
One afternoon in 2021, we received an urgent call from Mr. Carter.
He explained that a polymerization project requiring over 30 valves was facing a crisis – valves purchased from another supplier had serious leakage problems, putting him at risk of client complaints and financial penalties.
During that call, we provided Mr. Carter with a detailed overview of our product design process, quality control system, and after-sales service arrangements.
After travel restrictions were lifted in 2023, we invited him to visit our company in China. Upon arrival, he was immediately impressed by China’s industrial development and spoke highly of Yufeng’s garden-style industrial park.
When he saw our comprehensive machining equipment, rows of finished products ready for shipment, and a technical team of over 50 professionals, he became thoroughly convinced of Yufeng’s capabilities.
After returning to India, he transferred the entire order for over 30 valves, along with all subsequent parts requirements, to Yufeng for production.
As Mr. Carter stated, “Even though Yufeng’s prices are about 30% higher than other suppliers, I still choose to work with Yufeng. A good partner gives you peace of mind.”
