25,000-Ton Carbon Fiber Project of Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber (Xining)
A total of 12 high-pressure carbon fiber filters were delivered for this project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 10 million.
As early as 2009, Yufeng, in collaboration with Donghua University, successfully developed a high-precision backwash filter for the T1000 carbon fiber pilot line (applicable in the military sector) – a technology previously held only by Japanese and Belgian companies.
In the summer of 2019, we connected with personnel from Zhongfu Shenying (a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group) to participate in its new Xining 25,000-ton carbon fiber production base project and invited the project lead to visit our facility for an on-site inspection.
In May of the following year, despite the pandemic, the project team visited Yufeng. They expressed high satisfaction with our R&D capabilities and production scale, and praised the structural design of our filters for carbon fiber polyester melt.
In August, following a public bidding process in Qinghai province, Yufeng was awarded the contract for the first phase of the project, involving 6 high-pressure carbon fiber filters. A second phase of equal scale followed in 2021.
In 2022, Zhongfu Shenying’s Lianyungang headquarters launched a technical renovation project, again partnering with Yufeng for 2 additional high-precision high-pressure carbon fiber filters.
In May 2022, Yufeng supplied a dedicated high-pressure filter for the advanced C919 aircraft production line – Shanghai’s commercial aircraft carbon fiber structure production line – contributing our part to China’s high-end manufacturing.
